My role at Marsh is to represent the London based Marsh UK Architecture team, and the complex compliance landscape (PCI, GDPR, Insurance) in Leeds for a business unit that was being on-boarded to Marsh. The work was split into multiple workstreams:

• Creation of a Salesforce Org and CRM – focused on leveraging Salesforce native design patterns to deliver a “single customer view” and tight call centre integration with the on premise telephony solution.
• Call centre, server and desktop application migration – working with multiple business, infrastructure, and security teams to help plan scenarios and provide transition integration designs  
• In-house application remediation and migration – tendering, selection of off shore partner, and moving into delivery of a migration to .NET Core and an API driven architecture enabling the applications to be more flexible and re-usable
