businesslink.gov.uk was chosen to deliver and run a new website to provide free access to all Governemnt procurement opportunities - this work resulted in a new national website Contracts Finder (launched by the Prime Minister in February 2011) - aimed at Small to Medium Enterprises.

During this period Aubyn's role was multi-disciplinary, and can be best described as being the Solution Architect for Contracts Finder. There were three main phases:

• Scoping and tender evaluation - acted as a programme consultant looking towards the end solution whilst working to create a tender and working through contract selection to find the most well suited supplier.
• Design and delivery - taking on a challenging solution architect role successfully bringing together Contracts Finder in the eyes of all the stakeholders
• New phase - Aubyn came in as a project manager and requirements guardian to deliver an extension to Contracts Finder
