Alpha Data Platform

There are many barriers to using data in the way you want to. The Information Brewery holds a series of pre-configured transforms or ability to link up to specific areas inside an Excel workbook.

The website focuses on allowing the reuse of a transformation against different sources and targets - but hides the complexity of how it holds and maps the important relationships. The engine behind the platform streams data end to end, and can track the use and visibility of every cell of information, a key ability in an age where data ownership and guardianship. OAuth & OIDC Blog

Leveraging modern authentication and authorisation standards is critical to improving security. However, they are not easy to work with / architect. When reading up about this topic it became very clear that whilst there was a lot of material on the standards, it often was not clear what I needed for my solution and situation. 

To try and help plug that gap I worked through a number of bare bone implementations, using standard libraries. Looking more at the "what does it mean" rather than the "this is the standard - you decide which part to use". Read more here on my blog on Medium.
